Turn time? Orders are printed and shipped normally within 1 - 3 business days. Our flat rate shipping option normally takes 3 to 5 days to arrive, depending where you are located. We can ship via a faster shipping option; simply contact us before ordering. In some cases, we can also adjust the shipping method right after you place your order.

Why do I need to create an account? It is FREE to create an account . An account is needed so you can track your order status and so our system can keep the files you upload in order for production.
Why was my account not approved right away? All accounts are reviewed and approved normally within 24 - 48 hours. The reason for this? We look at each application to ensure our site is used by the professional companies it was created for.
Do you tweak the files we send you? No, we don't make color corrections or tweaks to your files unless requested. With today's artistic styles having a wide range of looks, we want to avoid changing the artist’s original vision for their work. We will contact you if we notice anything questionable. (dust spots, file prep, etc…)

Do you offer bulk pricing or discounts? Yes, contact us with your job requirements and we can create a discount code for you to use before checking out.
How do I need to prep my file? Simply send us your image at the size you are ordering at a minimum or 150 - 250 ppi in RGB. Contact us if your original image is smaller than the size you are needing as we have special software that often allows us to increase the image size more than 200%.
